We are in the home improvement industry to stay. We don’t need to be the biggest company, but we want to be the best. And that means a company that devotes itself to our customer’s ultimate satisfaction.
Part of that is a continuing commitment to educating ourselves, our employees and our customers. We want to be sure we are using the latest and greatest products, materials and methods on your home. We are constantly researching and going to continuing education classes with different organizations so that we can offer the right project for our value-minded customers.
Our first priority is making certain that the products you choose for your home are handled and installed to meet the manufacturer’s requirements and conform to industry standards. Just meeting code is not good enough – we want everything to be perfect for you!
We are also committed to communicating with you clearly and often. We have a wonderful relationship with each of our customers that is built on being available and honest from start to finish. This includes complete project consultations, pre-construction meetings, professional field supervisors, and skilled employee job foremen and employee installers.

Heath & Kati Wetzel
President and Sales Manager: Heath Wetzel
My name is Heath Wetzel, and I am the President and Sales Manager at Certified Siding Professionals. I have one main goal for my company and it is at the forefront of my mind every day – to remain the best siding company in Omaha and the surrounding communities. This is accomplished by offering high quality James Hardie siding products that are installed by the most professional people resulting in the best possible experience for our customers. Our company’s reason for being is to improve our customers’ lives by providing the highest quality building materials installed by highly skilled, professionally trained crafts persons with the highest level of customer service. We aim to provide growth and leadership opportunities for employees, and reward them for outstanding performance.
I perform many other duties in our company. I provide ongoing training and management of our team. I work with Kati in the development and implementation of our business and marketing strategies. I also spend a lot of my time in continuing education through seminars given by our many trade affiliations.
Chief Financial Officer: Kati Wetzel
My name is Kati Wetzel, and I am the Chief Financial Officer at Certified Siding Professionals. My overriding job duty is to manage a growing, stable, long-term company that affords opportunities for security and advancement for my employees. As one of the owners, I wear many hats in the company as support to the Project Management team but much of my time is spent on business forecasting and marketing strategy implementation. I am also the accountant for the company, and my focus in this department is on running payroll, paying bills, and managing cash flow.
